I've been here three times, and every time the customer service is lacking. On one occasion it was actually surprising to see how curt the owner was.. The frosting and variety of cupcakes is good, but the cake part is not that exciting. The frosting mostly makes up for that though. The inside of the store is cute though and they really do have a variety to choose from, as well as gluten free options.

I love this place! Always delicious and well made. That being said, I would have given this five stars if not for the hair I found on one of my cake pops... X-S Ew. Otherwise delicious, but kinda ruined the experience this time...
We ordered a birthday cake from Cupcaked for my son's birthday party. We contacted them kind of last minute, but they were very accommodating and were able to help us out. When I went to pick up the cake she was very friendly and courteous. The cake itself was beautifully made. It's clear that she has put a lot of effort into mastering her craft. The pricing was very reasonable. All around a great experience. I'll be getting all of my cakes from here now. Thanks again!
Ordered for the first time. I personally was not impressed. Tasted like boxed cake mix. Cupcakes we pretty small for the price. Couple of them fell apart while trying to eat them. Not something I would spend my money on again.
The best cakes around. If you don't like sweet sugar cakes. Amazing speciality orders are available. You can visualize it. Sherry can make it. And you will need to not shop around anymore. It's just that good. Great seating availability in shop as well. And friendly. Thumbs up 5x
Sherry made an amazing unicorn for my daughter’s first birthday cake. I sent her a picture of my daughter’s birthday outfit and she color coordinated the unicorn. Beautiful work! Wonderful customer service. Excellent experience!!
Customer service is always great! Ordered 2 different specialty cakes, both amazing. Oh yeah and the cup cakes re good too, lol.
