Just started this job this week and I like it! Feels good to make good money and be with a management team that cares and will laugh with u. I’ve been a manager in fast food for 3 years and this company blows that outta the water. My trainer even tho she gets a lil irritated with me cuz it seems a bit for me to catch on fast she still is showing me direction. Good people, good management good company!

I want to set the record straight on this company. G&D is absolutely a fantastic company to work for, and as long as you show up everyday, work hard, and attempt to learn, you will get hired in. Everyone on my shift is like family, and Anne is the best Vice President anyone could ask for! She truly cares about the workers, and wants the best working environment possible. I believe if you read the past reviews, all of them seem connected to one single guy who got fired. If you get fired, there is definitely a reason. Either you kept calling off, doing terrible work, or when they did a background check to officially hire you in, they found something that disqualified you. G&D is an amazing place to work for. Other than some of the shifts having mandatory overtime for periods of time, the company and it’s benefits are outstanding. Everyone I work with are respectful to each other, kind, and all work as a team. There is a lot to learn but if you work hard, you will be just fine. I feel some of these past reviews are complete bogus.

Horrible management they give you quotas and then point you to shotty equipment to me them on. Little to no training. Nobody knows whats going on in that place. Workers come in high the leads know absolutely nothing. Nobody follows protocal. NOBODY

My experience working in G & D was the most challenging and learning experience i ever had. I have learn so much during seven years working for this company. That facility was very clean and most fun place to work.Everyday we face small or big task but with team effort and good skill people and management we were always able to finish day to day task goal. I will always remember the people i work with everyday.Thank you for your support and encouragement.
