This location is the best. I have been to a few locations in different states and the level of customer service at this Twinsburg location is like no other. Taylor you are AMAZING and my 6 yr old loves you. Your suggestions on sandwiches are perfect. We're so picky and you got it right off of listening. Due to the extraordinary customer service given we visit twice a week. This location also cares so much about the community that they are in that John has donated food to the Twinsburg City schools during this pandemic. That right there has me coming in two times a week and when I can I bring a friend. I'm glad to spend my money with John and Taylor to feed my family and help support my community too. Keep up the good work.

Went to the twinsburg location this time. Staff is friendly and made everything correctly. Place was clean and sandwiches tasted fresh. Will come back again.
Best subs of any chain sub shop. Freshest bread, freshly sliced meats and cheeses right as you wait. Not precut sitting in a tub.
This is by far the best Jersey Mike’s location!! I’ve been to several locations in the greater Cleveland area & this one is the best. The employees greeted me @ the door making eye contact that didn’t seem forced or creepy. I got a reg 42 on FRESH Rosemary, it was fantastic!
Great place to eat lunch. I recommend it to all. The owner is awesome and very friendly and the entire staff is great.
