Hours listed differ than posted pick up times online. Closing hours are posted but not that the last pick up time is 530. Definitely should have this posted so that shipments can be sent in a timely manner. I did appreciate the courtesy extended but customer service which is usually great was just ok.

Been there twice during the holiday season to ship some returns, and they really went the extra mile! They boxed up packages for me and they even offered to hang on to my package that needed shipped USPS, box it up for me and give it to the postman for me. Incredibly helpful, awesome team there!

I keep a mailbox here, and visit here quite often. The place in my opinion is great: roomy enough, always clean, warm in the winter, AC in the summer. It is well run: staff is friendly and always ready to help.

The owners and staff here are GREAT! They are helpful, knowledgeable, but most of all they are patient! I come in several times a week to do shipping, but I also rely on them for help with a variety of other projects throughout the year.
