I called ahead of time to check and see if I was able to upgrade my phone. The young man helped me and told me I could and that he would not be available but he would tell the associate working later that evening that I would be coming in. I went in and had to wait because Naim had another customer. He finished with the customer and helped me with my new phone, budget, options, cases, screen protector and plug. I was out in about an hour. He had to transfer all of my information and that took quite sometime. This is the 2nd phone I have purchased from them. I will return.
