This is the second time I have used Summit/ASP services and would highly recommend them for any heating and plumbing needs. Leland Carlson was professional and knowledgeable when replacing my laundry room faucet and handles and completed the job in about a half hour! Because ASP installed my new furnace last year, Leland inquired on my satisfaction with its performance and how everything was working. He reassured me ASP was also available to assist me when it was time to replace my aging hot water heater and with drain maintenance! Great attention to details and customer service!

We continue to be impressed by the quality products and professionalism of Summit Mechanical! We first contacted Summit on a sub-zero New Year's Eve to check on a possible carbon monoxide detector malfunction. They came right away, and the charge was minimal--even on a holiday! Last summer, we contacted Summit again to put in an HRV system. Our log home presents many challenges, but Summit took the time to work with my husband and find the perfect solution. When we decided to put in an air conditioner/dehumidifier this summer, we knew that Summit would have what we needed--a mini-split that provides efficient, ductless cooling and dehumidifying in the summer and heat in the shoulder season. Good folks and good results. They scheduled the service and Jadin got it done. I appreciated that he wore a mask and left the site clean ... They require full payment directly at the end of job, which is a policy i'd like them to change. I've never heard of another contractor doing this, and I've worked with many. Despite paying right away, I havent received a receipt ... and it's been over 48 hours now. Maybe I'm being picky. Anyways: thanks ASP, you helped me get a few things fixed and I am grateful for that!

An amazing company! I had furnace problems this weekend and Logan helped me figure it out over the phone. He could have just came out and fixed and charged me a lot of money, which at that point I would have been happy to pay (it was around 50 degrees in the house with a new baby) but decided to try and help out over the phone first. To me, that’s excellent customer service and I will be using ASP for all my future needs. Just like that they made me a loyal customer! Thanks again to ASP and Logan S!
