Superb bike shop with outstanding, personal, expert service. The staff here really know their stuff, take pride in their work, and listen carefully to customers. They sell an unusual mix of bikes (primarily mountain, gravel, touring, and adventure) which are versatile, comfortable, and well thought out. I worked mainly with Erik and Brian; originally I was looking at a stock bike, but they ended up building me a complete Salsa Vaya up from the frame. The bike fits me well, has lower gearing that's appropriate for me (I'm an ordinary guy, not a racer), and is a great all-rounder (works well on pavement, gravel, and even some single track). I am completely delighted with the result! Probably the best buying experience I've ever had in my 50 years working with bike shops (and that is high praise, because there are other fine bike shops in the area -- and elsewhere -- that have provided me and my family with truly excellent service over the years).

Great place. Brian explained what the options were, fixed up my bike in short time, wiped down the frame, and recommended a new MTB trail I hadn't heard of yet. He even matched the color of the cable terminators to my valve stem caps! Definitely will return for anything in the future for my North Shore excursions. Thank you!
