Attended two rivers medical centre this morning 12/02/2021 for a covid vaccine. Most of the pavements were clear of snow and ice BUT the car parking areas were like an ice rink. That's why i gave only four stars

Very large practice but have dealt with the current conditions very well. Receptionists always kind and new website very effective. Went for my vaccination for Covid and it was very well organised and ran very smoothly.

I went for my covid vaccination the staff couldn't have been any better. That's why I gave 5 stars.

Always between 15-50 in the call Que Since the practices merged if has been a total Nightmare. Waiting to find x ray esults for a month now. Would love to know the results, but what chance have we got if we are on hold for an hour or more and have a life, literally shocking.

Absolute joke of a place! Had phone appointment with clinician explained symptoms, well self diagnosis of a chest infection, i do suffer with these alot as i have asthma and copd....said that id used all my medications and required fostair and ventolin inhalers, her initial response was...you dont sound that bad to me!!! How can she tell that through a phone call? Knew she wasn't listening, anyway towards the end of the conversation i mentioned again that i required the inhalers aswell, went to collect inhaler,no fostair, speak to receptionist, after being on hold for half hour, explaining said clinician had forgotten to prescribe a prevener and was told i would have to come in to the surgery and write a nice little letter to be able to have the medication, bearing in mind i had a phone appointment the previous day, anyway did as i was told...this time i got completely ignored by the receptionist, whom incidentally was smacking her keyboard like it was a game of wack a mole,to be told we don't do that!!!!! another story later i got the form i need, wrote the pleading letter asking to contact me should there be a issue,no phone call so went to pick up and not there again! They have posters up about how asthma can kill,(i know this as i chucked to myself as the lady was playing wack a mole)quite frankly it would appear they dont mind that happening to patients, Unfortunately this happens regularly here, and i diminishes the work of the people there that are professional and helpful, unlike the ones who say 'the computer says no' in short,if this place was a shop, you would never go back
