Called to rent equipment. Some of the rudest people you can talk to. Cut you off every other word trying to tell you what you need before you even tell them what the job is. If there customer service is like that I will never visit the store.

Great construction rental business
Needed a mini excavator and trailer. found both at A-1 when everyone else was not renting that weekend. The older unit completed the task with talented operator but hope they fix the track and hydraulics action before the next person. I am glad they had one available for our project.
Sad and pathetic.
I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with A-1 Rent All of Tyler. First, when I called, they answered the phone! I then received a verbal quote for a piece of equipment and low and behold, the rate they quoted was the rate they charged! The equipment rented performed satisfactorily and without incident. I returned the equipment at the agreed-upon time, received my security deposit back and concluded my business with them with a very satisfied feeling. Thank you to Dan and all the staff at A-1 Rent All of Tyler!
