Great group at Tyler Brothers. I was a first time tractor buyer and was looking at used tractors under 10,000 for a piece of property I was purchasing. I first went to a competing dealer in the East Tennessee area and they wanted no part in answering general tractor questions or really anything to do with looking at used tractors, heck when asked they said they don't really look over or doing any service on used tractors under 10,000. Why buy from a dealer if they are literally going to do nothing but add a markup and sell? This brought me to Byron at Tyler Brothers who was great! He had no problems answering any questions or spending time with me, had no problems with me coming out several times to look at a used Massey Fergusson (where he spent time going over all the features and how things operate), and was never pushy. Unfortunately, the land purchase fell through and I wasn't able to complete the purchase of the Massey Fergusson 231S. Now on the hunt for the perfect property and when I find it, I'll be heading back to Byron at Tyler Brothers.
