Fast, friendly. 5 stars solely because the people there are friendly and considerate. Explain everything up front. Don't like how they charge emergency rates on some holidays, as opposed to urgent care rates, when the service is the exact same. Seriously, how many people actually get off work for every bank holiday anymore? According to their poster on the wall, if they undercharge you at the time of your visit, they will not come back and try to bill you anything extra. Most of these new ER clinics and urgent care centers are notorious for that practice. Tell you one amount then you get a bill for 5 times that amount a month later. So far I haven't received any billing calls or mail. I will update my review in a few months if this remains to be true (sooner if false). Seriously though, the staff here is exceptional.

I went in because of jaw pain. Dr came in and looked in my mouth and said it was swelling then a nurse who took my insurance card in the beginning said they don't take insurance at the time I was there so that was very misleading. I asked to be billed they said it had to paid right then and there which I didn't have I only had enough for the co-pay that my insurance has. I came back later and paid half but then they said I needed a credit card which I didn't have nor was aware of since they didn't say I needed it when I told them I'll be back. Finally got my prescription order given to me after the receptionist took all day to sign 3 pieces of paper while telling me she had tons. So I wasn't able to get my medicine that night. Next day without medicine my jaw is better and I had a few family members same night check for swelling and no one saw any. So misdiagnosed and I didn't get an cray that I signed for on the paper to even check out my jaw. I wasted money and time. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! I'd give this place negative stars.
We took our 7 year old granddaughter here for severe stomach pain and nausea. We got right in, and they were going to do a flu test by swabbing the mouth and nose and no one came in as they were distracted by another patient. The swab only took about 30 seconds and we waited 20 minutes for it. Then, they wanted to take blood and put in an IV but her veins were so collapsed that they were unsuccessful after trying in both her hands and arm. It was very painful and traumatic for our granddaughter and she now has bruises on both arms. So they had her drink 16 pounces of a solution so they could do a CAT scan to check for blockages or appendicitis. She threw this up right after the had drank most it - but went ahead with the CAT scan, which was done very professionally. We had trouble understanding the physician, and she seemed to contradict herself a lot. We were there about three hours and the staff did all they could to make us comfortable. In summary, the staff seemed very caring, but I question how knowledgeable and competent they are. I wouldn't take my granddaughter back here. One positive is that they told us what the fees would be and that is what they charged as our granddaughter had insurance.
Was treated for the flu there a few weeks ago. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Dr explained everything perfectly, made sure I was comfortable, and did not rush me out. They made sure I was feeling better before they discharged me. Would recommend them 100%.
They were awesome from the first steps in the front door to being discharged a few hours later, they took great care of my husband, they were genuinely concerned and listened to us, we never felt rushed and they kept us updated and included us in all the decision making. We will definitely becoming back to them with all of our we and urgent care needs! Thanks again for making a difficult day a little easier!
We are from out of town although we have a farm in Troup.I got attacked by a pit bulldog and she tried to rip my upper lip off,as well as eat my right arm .When I walked in the door up at Momentum,needless to say I was pretty tore up,I was really concerned as to what they were going to be able to do for me.The receptionist out front was so nice and got me back to a room ,Then here comes Kevin ,a really good,well qualified nurse and he looked me over and got another nurse to clean me up.Then the doctor came in ,got me stiched up and the whole staff was so friendly ! We spent a lot of time together and got to know them ,what a great bunch of down home folks to deal with ! I hate that I got bit but it was a pleasure dealing with these folks ,they took a really bad situation and turned it around.In closing,if I ever get in another jam in East Texas and we need a doctor,I'm headed here First ! They called a couple of days after we left ,sent a card to our home ! I couldn't have asked for better treatment, If you're sick or hurt ,this is the get well soon place ! I cannot say enough about how well we were treated,Thank you so much ,Sincerely,Bryan Lacy
I've been several times in the past few months and it has been great every time! I love the doctor. And the staff is great too! It's a great place to go when you can't get it in quickly to see your own doctor.
Went in at about 7:45 or 8pm last night, Saturday. Never had been there before so I had to fill out new patient forms. Fortunately I was the only one in there so I got brought back quickly. Staff was extremely friendly and understanding that I don't have insurance yet. The visit was very quick, they took my vitals fast, and went ahead and ran a flu test on me. Dr. Nathan Wright came right in to see me and told me that I had the flu, he went ahead and got my doctors notes for both of my jobs, my prescription and he gave me a coupon that cut the cost right in half! I unfortunately spent over 300 dollars from the visit, test and the prescription BUT I called around and this was the cheapest place for me to go to. But I'm so satisfied with the visit and how well everyone took care of me, so personally to me the money isnt an issue. I will definitely come back here if I ever need to see someone and can't make an appointment with my PCP!
