I am so impressed with Country Florists and Gifts. I recently ordered two floral arrangements......one for my granddaughter and one for her other grandparents. Both arrangements were perfect....absolutely gorgeous! They were also delivered very promptly. It was extremely nice to have such wonderful customer service from Shirley. She was so nice and friendly, and took extra time to assist and advise me with my decisions. I would highly recommend Country Florist and Gifts for anyone wanting or needing floral or gift items for any occasion.

Not one to complain, however here I go... I placed an order on line 2/8/19 for a very nice very expensive arrangement to be delivered to my wife on valentine's day. After checking with her at 4:30 (she gets off at 5) to see if she had anything delivered, she said "no". After this I placed a call to the florist where I was asked if I would like to reschedule delivery for another day, or if i would like a refund...
Some issues occurred when ordering flowers online and the order didn't go through, but when I called on the delivery date, the person that helped me was absolutely fantastic and accommodating. They were able to arrange the flowers and he went out of his way after already being closed to deliver flowers for my mom's birthday and the arrangement was beautiful!
I don't normally post reviews but thought this necessary. I've gotten 3 sets of orders from here...the first was last year Valentines day and they arrived late 5 minutes after I had left for the day at 5:00pm, when I saw them the next day, they were droopy and remained droopy after I had watered them. The second was just after Christmas I got a Beautiful bouquet then. The third was this Valentines day, he had ordered them delivered a day early so as to be sure I would get them and they too are droopy, so droopy I'm embarrassed to post them on facebook. I have notice that they get a lot of high reviews, I'm just not seeing it from my experience. I apologize if I sound like a downer.
Placed an order on Friday morning to be delivered Monday before noon. I called to find out where the flowers were at 3:10pm Monday. She said they where still on the truck and had not been delivered because they were very busy with funeral flowers Monday morning. Money was taken out of my account Friday 5 minutes after order was placed. First and last time I will use this florist.

Best Florist in Tyler. Everything they do always exceeds my expectaions and makes other florist look terrible when they are side by side. Nothing compares to Country Florist, I now know why they have been open for almost 30 years!
