John is Awesome! This whole thing is Awful, but John has the right attitude and personality to make it easy, and these guys have absolutely the best service for the price. Forget the other companies, they’ll scam you! Go see John at Draeger. Period.

If you find yourself in need of an interlock, Draeger in Tyler is the place to go. John is the definition of outstanding customer service. He is always friendly and respectful. I had an issue with my system (originally installed in Ft Worth), and John stayed late to get me going. John even called the following day just to ensure my problem was corrected.
John was helpful and very courteous. Got me going as soon as he could.
You cannot go wrong with Drager, their devices are easy to use, and their technician John is an absolute pleasure to be around. Cannot recommend them enough!
I would definitely recommend Drager to anyone needing an interlock devise. John is awesome and has always worked with me and my work schedule. I used Intockalock and it was the worst experience ever.
The experience was very embarrassing but John made it so much easier to get through. He was always friendly, nice, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to see John if you need an interlock. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and walked me through everything. Took the time to answer all my questions. He's a one man shop but takes pride in making sure everyone is taken care of.
