Etts sold us a used make shift \ pusher\ axle for our truck. when we would turn the axle did NOT turn with the truck. We took it to a kenworth dealership to see if they could fix what ETTS sold us and they told us that it was used parts just welded together and wired to a toggle switch. We paid ETTS 3k for their so called pusher. We had to turn around and pay another 8k to kenworth to take off ETT's so called pusher so Kenworth could put a proper axle that actually worked. When we tried to reach out to ETTS to fix their mistake, the owners son gave us the run around. we asked for them to reimburse us the money and they are dodging our calls and letters. We could have built our fleet with them, but they didn't want to make this right. I have advised places like Dogget FL about their shotty business.
