I would have rated a zero but it wasn't an option. Apparently, this public university ER won't let my wife and I both in to see my minor child. I'm not talking about together and at the same time. You have to pick and only one for the entire stay. I've searched the CDC for guidance but can't find it regarding this strategy to reduce the spread. Not sure what the logic is if Masks prevent the spread... My wife and I are both wearing one. Sincerely, Dad stuck in waiting room really wanting to see my injured little girl.

Very professional, friendly staff. The nurses are terrific. My brothers Dr are great. Even though I feel like they were ready to give up on him, but I really appreciate all of y'all for the outstanding work that you did to help my brother. He's out of ICU & in a regular room doing therapy. Doing much better. thank you all!!!

My grandmother was there and I was her emergency contact and no one bothered to call me when they took her off life support last night.

::::::AVOID AT ALL COST:::::: Horrible ER TEAM. New in town and thought going to the ER connected to the specialist we see would be a good idea. NOT! After being told to go to the ER by DR, we arrive to be told by the ER DR that we were “Wasting his time” and that he could run tests, CT, labs etc but again “Waste of time”. Did not even stay in the room long left us with no help. Cassie “Our Nurse” never once came in to check on us until she was ready for us to leave. She instead gossiped about her patients in the station across from our room which is a violation of patient rights. Tonya came in to give some meds before discharge. She was patient with us. When Cassie finally came in we asked to stay a bit longer to see if the meds would help and she said it was not necessary and “She’s fine”. Not even 5 min on our ride home, my daughters pain was worse than before our ER visit and she began to projectile vomit and then began to loose consciousness.
