These guys are incredible. We purchased a 2021 Grand Design Momentum Toy Hauler and saved so much money from what our CA Rv dealers wanted. Travis took amazing care of us and treated us like family during the entire process. Dealing with them from such a distance wasn't an issue, driving from San Diego to Tyler, Texas was worth the savings and experience of making an investment was the right decision. We were highly satisfied with the buying and deliver experience at Explore USA in Tyler Texas. Our salesman, Travis did an excellent job of showing the different units so that we could pick the perfect unit for us. We bought a Grand Design 2600 RB. Travis and Joe, the general manager, did an excellent job of working with us to put together a great deal!! PDI was handled by Ed and Brian. Brian did an excellent job of presenting the unit and answering questions. We have bought several RVs over the years and the process from start to delivery at Explore USA is the best that we have experienced. I highly recommend Explore USA for your RV purchase.
