We have done business with Kinkos (now FedEx) for many years. They have always been great to work with, VERY helpful and superb results! Yesterday they went above and beyond!!! Especially Manager Keith Skender! We had placed a large business card order and when I called after a few days to see if I could pick them up, I was told they had to \outsource\ the printing to give us that great rate we received. I was disappointed as the pickup date was scheduled for 1 day after we were leaving for our annual 3-day Conference for Texas Wineries! The helpful girl I was speaking to told me to wait and see what her manager said. SO Keith Skender said they would print me some quickly and how many did I want: 100, 200 or what?!?!! I was shocked. I picked up 100 cards (see the picture) and there was NO CHARGE! Again, I was shocked and SO appreciative! What wonderful service!!! Thanks again, FedEx (Kinkos!)
