I really wanted to keep this place a secret, but here ya go. Rolled in with a check light on at 2:00 Friday. 2 hours later the diagnosis was in. They promised the work to be completed by Saturday morning, so I approved it. I only gave 4 stars because they didn't call me when the job was done. Big thank you to David, who stayed after 5 to finish the repair. Job well done!

After a rocky start with Hall, I want to say on every level this company the does care about their customers. My experience with Karl Helm, parts manager, was exceptional. He got in touch with me after I left the day before unhappy, Karl was a manager that all should strive to emulate. He addressed my con earns and corrected the mistakes made in a timely and efficient manner. I really feel that he heard me and wanted to make everything right. He went above and beyond the call of duty. So I bought the parts I needed from him happily. When that part failed, due to a manufacturing defect i was blown away. Mr.Helm had no hesitation about getting in his truck and driving an hour and a half to bring me the replacement part. His actions were awesome. Although I spoke harshly of Chris before I truly believe he was sorry for my previous visit and that he will be more careful in the future. Let me say one more thing and that is if you need quality parts and caring service Hall does have it all and they will stand behind the customer service they give. I definitely recommend Hall for all of your truck parts. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Mr. Helm for all you did for me.
