Rooms are nice and clean. Facilities are well kept. We had to change rooms because of water leaking from above our bathroom. Also, when we checked in, we were informed that the pool was closed, which was a bummer because it's 95 degrees outside. They do laundry which is nice, and cable TV. They have free breakfast which is very nice, and also a "meet and greet" time in the evenings which provide snacks and food as well. we are pleased with our decision to stay here for the most part.

My family and I were moving from Central Texas to North Georgia and stayed the night. We checked in late and it couldn't have been easier! The suites were gorgeous and extremely spacious. The kitchenettes were a beautiful touch and coupled with the Walmart Neighborhood Market around the corner -- which is walking distance -- it felt like we were home already. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and a pleasant experience.
Very nice rooms for price. Love the fireplaces. Very clean. Nice amenities. Quiet and peaceful if your looking for a nice to just relax
We enjoyed our stay. Great customer service. Clean room. Nice breakfast. I definitely would recommend.
My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. We wanted to get away for the weekend to somewhere that was not too far from Dallas so we decided on Tyler. We were not sure about the hotel after reading the reviews but decided to take a chance. We were pleasantly surprised and satisfied that we got a good deal given the price. Our room was recently renovated with fresh paint, new carpet, a full kitchen and other amenities. The breakfast was great. There was a gymnastics event going on so there were several people in the breakfast area but there was enough for all. The lady (can't recall her name) at the check-in was very helpful and accommodated our request for a room on the upper level near the pool. The lady, Rebecca, at the checkout was also very pleasant. Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant and was a great bargain for the price.
While the rooms are somewhat dated, they were very clean and the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Felt more like an apartment. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
The buildings were a bit dated but well kept for the most part (I used to work in property maintenance). Other than that , a good value. We had a huge place. One bedroom , second bed in a loft , two full baths , fireplace, and a full kitchen. Standard amenities, wifi, and a great breakfast.
Nice big studio type rooms, with a full kitchen, even had dishes and pots and pans. And the price was very reasonable.
