Terrible Place! Do not go here to get nails done!!! I asked for ombré pink and white nails. First the guy acted like he couldn’t find any pink dip powder and had an attitude. Which I thought was crazy. I asked him how much before we started and he said 45 plus 5. I knew that was high but I agreed. Even though they were short almond shaped nails. At the end he didn’t even want to put oil on my hands. Just left them all powdery and grainy. He took my card and when I walked to the counter he had already charged my card 60 which was not an agreed upon price. No one pays 60 for ombré pink and white dipped nails. Watch these folks they will get over on you! It’s disgusting how the take advantage of folks. Do not come here find another nail shop!!!!

I was amazed I was able to get right in on a Monday morning without an appointment. Kelly and her staff were super friendly and my manicure andpand felt great! They did a wonderful job. Will definitely go back next time I'm in town. Two pretty painted thumbs up!

A huge shout out to Kelly. Our sister had a stroke on Christmas Eve. She had gorgeous red gel nails at the time. But by Feb, when she was still in acute care, she was desperately wanting a mani pedi. She had used Kelly for years. When I called, Kelly insisted on coming THAT VERY NIGHT to the hospital to take care of our siste, and tried to insist that we not even pay her. What an amazing generous giving person!!!

I’m from out of town and needed to get out of the hotel away from my kids. I read lots of reviews to lots of different places in the area and by far she had the best. Great place clean and wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Tyler.
