I drove 2 and half hours to test drive a truck.Drove the truck, liked it and decide I wanted to pursue purchase.Applied for financing.Sales rep BRAD POWELL didn’t communicate 1 time throughout the process.After reaching out to Brad to see what was going on.He told me a different name pulled up under my social security number.I communicated to him that I received several alerts that my credit has been pulled.He said he would reach out to his finance department to see what’s going on.After no communication once again. I called to see what’s going on.He said I basically been denied but couldn’t tell me why because he didn’t know”maybe the price of the truck”is what I was told.I then asked what is the cash price and I would like to purchase cash.He said he needed to call his manager to get the price.He called back 30 min later and told me the truck has been sold!!They didn’t inform me my credit was denied or why(which is hard to believe) or even give me a chance to come up with another avenue to purchase the truck which I was willing to pay cash.This was a 3 day span.I am very disappointed on how this situation was handled.Very poor and unprofessional.Lack of communication.

Brought the truck in Thursday, said they could get to it Friday, they did not, on Saturday they said the would get to it on Monday. We will see if they can at least get in the bay Monday, they did the job, Robert, the manager was very nice and prompt. He explained some of the Covid issues on parts. I'm satisfied with the results. Working again. People here are professional.
