It was a good experience being my first time. The nail tech was very gentle and very helpful and did a great job. However when checking out I didn't like the spirit the receptionist gave when checking me out!!! It was not pleasant at all, but no worries. I was pleased with my service. Thank you Luxx

This is my third and most likely last time coming to this establishment. I was told it was better to book a appointment on their website and I did yesterday. And the person that I booked with is not here today. I was told that she doesn’t even work on weekends. So, now I’m still waiting and my appointment was for 10:00 A.M. Walk ins have went to the chair before me. What’s the reason for booking a appointment?

I’ve heard many raves about this place & was in search of a new go-to nail place. Well the raves are 100% true because this place checks all the boxes! Even though it was PACKED & it was obvious that they were slammed only an hour after opening; we received GREAT customer service, there was little to no wait, & our pedicures were amazing! I also did the dip nails which the last few times I’ve had them done AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION I was not impressed. I decided to give them a chance & Molly exceeded my expectations! She was sweet & helpful with her recommendations! 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE & EVERYONE!

I had so much hope. Our normal nail salon was too busy so we wanted to give this place a try. My pedicure lady was super sweet, her name was Tracy. My nail lady, conveniently the only one without a name tags, added an hour and forty five minutes to my experience by texting and taking care of customers who came in after us. People came in After they were closed and still managed to leave before us. I’ve never felt so agitated by a nail experience. I had Not allotted over two and a half hours to get my nails done. We will not be back. We paid over the amount for the longest service ever. Really wish things would’ve went differently.

Im very dramatic with my nails. I ask for the most unique designs lol. I’m not trying to be biased when I say this but this is a really great place. The most friendly and very pleasing. Make appointments because they are busy all the time but who wouldn’t want to come to the best!!

The customer service was amazing and the technician did an amazing job. I have had complements everywhere I have been since then about my nails. It was a clean environment and very friendly staff. My daughter had designs put on her nails and they turned about beautiful. I will recommend this salon to everyone and will definitely make this my go to salon.
