One star is the less I can officially put down if it was my choice they would be at negative stars. The place is a horrific nightmare hotel smell of cigarette smoke on a non smoking room, no chains on the door or secure lock towels were damp like some have just use them floors were dirty a sweeping would of been nice. I can go on and on but too late just Don't Book here if you can avoid it.

Horrible!left, and lost our money because they would not refund.
The room is filthy! Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Dog food on the floor. Hair in the bath tub. Carpet stained and nasty. Walls have some sort of stain on them like something was spilled. Overall disgusting.
Worst place to stay. We had no hot water, the entire hotel was out. We showed compassion and things happen. Then the second night nothing. When we checked out the front desk Anna was sweet said she didn't see why they couldn't give it back to us. Told us we would at least get one night and then when I called and talked to the manager which she said wasn't her but then had the knowledge of saying she can't refund me.... Shows that they are deceitful. All I'm asking for is 1 night refunded of the 2 night stay.
The good thing is location. There are a lot of restaurants and other businesses located very close. The front desk clerk was dressed like she was lounging at home not expecting guest. The front lobby is nice enough but her appearance was not professional at all. The room is very basic and furniture is "dated". Beds were clean and comfortable. No clock radio. Toilet paper and electric box pulled out of wall.
We booked a room online through their website, which stated no refunds will be given. We booked a king bed and when we got to the hotel they gave us two queen beds. We called up to the front office and they said they didn’t have any other rooms available. We looked around the room and it was disgusting. The sheets had stains on them, there were hairs all over the bathroom and mold on our curtains/blinds. We called back and wanted a refund because of the way the room looked and it was also not what we booked. We were told to email the manager because they were not there that evening. We have emailed the manager over a week with no response. Not one to leave bad reviews but when the service was this bad it’s hard not to.
This hotel looks nothing like the pictures . The room was filthy . There were stains on the carpet, hairs on the linens , microwave had filth on the outside and ants on the inside. Mod around the toilet. Hairs in the tub , a dirty rag was left from previous person. Lamp has no bulb and the shade looked as if someone urinated on it. The picture on the wall has dead insects inside the frame. When ask for a refund it was denied. I Do not recommend this hotel.
Also they tried taking money from us several times and thank goodness our bank locked our card for suspicious activity. What was weird was how when we talked to the lady she tried to say she didn’t work there but when I started going off she said she worked there
