This is for the company in a whole and not this location. We had a reservation booked. When we called to move the date up, I was told it was cancelled, that apparently someone from the company had spoken with me today and I cancelled it. This call never transpired on my end. Thanks to my second call back to the company they got it rescheduled at the same price. Thank you for the reschedule. Wendy McPherson

Very friendly staff and professional. Dena was great and went the extra mile for me even after I had to change my rental plans 3 different times. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Highly professional and friendly staff, Tyler and El Paso. Easy transaction, neither strange questions, nor frivolous charges. Super comfortable truck, good on gas. NO ONE WAY DROP OFF CHARGE!. 100.00 per day, veterans and military personnel get a 10% discount. So, instead of renting from the usual suspects, drive Penske.

Really terrific service, called me ahead of time to confirm, detailed instructions and demonstrations of how to use the truck, and I'm very pleased with the experience.
