Before Petty's came and treated my yard for mosquitoes, I couldn't even enjoy my backyard. I was afraid to have parties or guests over because I knew they'd get 'eaten alive.' Today one technician and one service person arrived to help with a malfunctioning controller box. I was informed that my box could no longer work and that they had a replacement on the van. I was quoted a price of 838.00 for a model Weathermatic Smartline SL1624 that I easily priced online at 436.37. When JS was made aware of the discrepancy he staid the the extra cost was due to his employers decision. When he produced the worksheet that he obtained the number from, it was obvious he was trying to charge me for the SL2400. I’m not even sure my controller box won’t work. Luckily I had another company coming soon as a back-up. Avoid these crooks. I will call their office in the morning and see if this is a systemic issue within their organization. And they arrived 45 mins late for their two hour window.
We had our lawn sprayed 2 weeks ago for mosquitoes. Every summer, for the last 8 years living in our home, we get eaten alive by mosquitoes within seconds of being outside.
