I want to say what a great and professional staff that you have. Late Wednesday night I walked in when there was an issue with another customer. I watched as the manager Mark & the other 2 employees spoke with the upset lady. Your staff was very professional as she kept trying to instigate an argument by asking if they were calling her a liar. They kindly explained that the ticket hadn’t gone through properly and it would take a few minutes for my order and offered a drink (which I declined). Within 3 minutes I was out the door! I’ll be a customer for life! Great to see respectful, well trained & friendly employees. Keep up the great work.

Catering services are excellent! Customer service provided by Kristina Bateman (catering coordinator) was exceptional. Piada boxes are an easy, yet fabulous way to cater during a pandemic. Serving portion is perfect, the food taste and the ingredients quality is outstanding! I highly recommend Tyler Piada Italian Street Food for catering services.

We go in at least once a week to get this delicious food. Sweet Tara and the team always take such good care of my family. Its nice to go somewhere where people remember you and have you leaving full and happy. Good job Piada.

Food was really good. Loved the setup of the line. Busy time when I visited but moved through line pretty quick. Just didn't like the fact that they were allowing people to enter and wait in line without mask. Employee were masked.

#covidtimesreview The good: clean and spacious, and plenty of seating. They have a set menu (see pictures) but it’s a good bar full of choices, you just choose the protein and the sides. They have flavored tea (peach limón) was right on point. The food felt fresh, and very tasty. You can add different toppings and add ons. Parking is free and share with the other restaurants. Service is fast, and they are all wearing mask and gloves. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. The not so good: they only got a big table the rest are for max 4 people, so if you have a big group you might need to seat separate. Chairs are really heavy - that’s all I got!

My husband and I go in for our date night after he gets off work. So, it is usually after 9:00 at night. We love Italian. We have never felt awkward for going in so close to closing time. Never felt rushed. In fact, the manager, Tara, knows us by name now and always welcomes us back. She helped us download the app on our phones, which we didnt even know existed. Its a quiet, peaceful atmosphere and we always leave fat full!!

I play in a soccer tournament in Tyler TX every year. The last two years I have come the Piada Italian Street Food for my Saturday night team dinner. I pick it up to go and take it back to the hotel for the team to eat together. This place is the go to for my team.. The food is outstanding and the staff is amazing. Each time I have come our dinner has been at a late time and they always make sure it is perfect. There is never any left over because it is so good the team just keeps eating until its all gone. This experience has made me want to try the locations close to where we live in Dallas. I hope its just as good. You have a customer for life. Coach David - Renegades SC
