Truck parking lot lights are out. Super dark. Carry a flashlight going in. Crazy drivers speeding through parking lot gonna kill someone because they can't see them. Pictures show darkness and light pole with no lights
Bought 10.00 in def was charged 500. Credit card was Stolen at pump 23 or inside at counter. Response to pilot reply, it was a fraud charge the bank confirmed it was a unauthorized purchase and took proper action to handle as fraud. As stated purchased DEF not diesel. Went inside and paid using my card.
This Pilot is very hard to get in to and out of. They are always under staffed in the mornings. McDonalds inside is slow and gets your order wrong almost every time I go there. On the bright side they have new pumps, but they still ask for a reward card before you can pay at the pump causing just more time spent there.
Truck parking lot lights are still out after Davey dee dockrocker mentioned it 2 months ago, still need to bring a flashlight to walk in.
