Over priced for something SO horrible! I went during Easter & this woman charged me 40 for a gel set that's supposed to be coffin shaped & they arent even shaped AT ALL my nails look So horrible they dont even match & I have blood all over my nails.. I could've done them myself & they would've been so much better smh.. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Terrible service. Guess I should have read the reviews before entering poor job on my nails and when I told her what she missed was very unprofessional and tried explain herself. Never again!!!
Not professional, she needs to find a job not with people , I was not happy with my nails , she didn't say anything me after doing my nails , I'll never go back there
I got a full set of gel acrylics and she left them uneven, you can see bubbles on them, it’s on my skin, she didn’t even push back my cuticle. It looks like I could have done these nails smh, and she didn’t she have change for me!! She wanted to give me a coupon for 20 bucks... terrible..
I wish I didn’t have to pick any stars to write a review. I took my 12 year old sister in, asked if they could soak her solar nails off. She said yes, then proceeded to RIP the solar nail off of her natural nails. After one of her nails started to bleed, I told the nail tech, it’s obviously hurting her. I’m paying for a soak off, not a RIP OFF!! Awful place to go! DO NOT COME HERE.
could’ve done a better job for the price charged for a full set. there is glue on my skin and in between my nail beds where i got acrylics and my legs are scratched from the exfoliating lotion from my pedicure. my finger nails look pretty good, i filed them a little more when i got home. my toes are pretty bad however, a college age guy did them, polish is lumpy and on my skin and i could’ve just done it better at home. not the worst i’ve had done, but i just wish there was a little more patience and attention was put into it. i’m not gonna tell you don’t go here, it’s pretty quiet and they get you done in a reasonable amount of time. nails turned out nice, they’re nice people, just seem a little overpriced for what you could get elsewhere.
This is the WORST PLACE I have ever been to. Let me just start out by the women who did it (around her 50's) had no idea what she was doing. I had globs of Nexgen powder on my nails and even all over my skin next to my nails. She didn't file my nails evenly and I had to ask her to fix it about 3 times. The 3rd time I gave up because they still looked like crap. She made me pay WHILE she was doing my nails, that way she made sure I wouldn't get a refund. Which is exactly what happened when I asked for my money back. Frustrated I left and went to Hawaiian Nail Bar and asked them to fix it. THEY WERE AMAZING and I highly recommend everyone there business. The person who fixed my awful nails was Ken and he was so patient and sweet and he made my nails looked amazing and I got everything I wanted. So, if you're looking for a good nail salon DO NOT go to Pro Nail there is nothing "professional" about that place. GO TO HAWAIIAN NAIL BAR if you want to be treated correctly and respectfully.
okay so the lady that did my nails was nice. i liked talking with her. the place felt safe and it was quite.. the only thing was she rushed and my nails ended up a little lumpy but the nail shape was perfect. also i wished she would've painted my nails a little more neat.
