Great customer service! I have bought many sets of glasses over the years from R&M and no one can match what they do for their customers. Dr. Johnson was amazing w my 11 year old son and made him feel very comfortable. They even replaced his glasses at no cost because he had broken the screw.

I’ve bought all my sunshades from Mike for over two decades. I love the selection and he always gets to the right price. Lastly, the service is top notch and they make sure the frames fit your face well, look good and are properly adjusted before you leave! I’ll always come back. Absolutely great experience. I dropped by to have a screw replaced in my glasses. 5 minutes later and it was fixed. Tried to pay and they wouldn’t let me. I’m not even a patient of theirs! This was the first time they’ve met me. Wonderful people all around. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist in Tyler.

Dr Johnson was the most friendly person and a had beautiful spirit. He was caring, and explaining my optical needs and concerns. I was well pleased and completely satisfied with the services. I was very comfortable and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my optical care. The lady at the front desk was very professional and sweet too!
