After having several contractors come and give estimates. I hired this company over the rest because of the owner. He actually came to my house and did the estimate his self. The prices were about the same but what sold me was the time that he said that he could complete the work. Everyone quoted 2 maybe 3 weeks. He told me 9 days and he finished in exactly nine days. Having been in construction for almost 20 years, I can tell you he didn't cut any corners. The framing is solid and he also removed several load bearing walls and placed beams/post for weight distribution. No corners were cut!!! I now have a new bedroom, bathroom and BIGGER kitchen and livingroom.
