First time customer at Tyler. Great, friendly staff, answered all my questions and explained options without a sales pitch. Clean and awesome running machine (John Deere 85g excavator), felt guilty getting it dirty. Thought we needed a mechanic on a Saturday. Jared showed up within 40 minutes of the call (we were way out in the boontoolies), took care of the \squeak\ (overly cautious on our part), and had us up and running in no time, smiling the whole time! Kudos, to their skillfull delivery driver, Rod, who was more than on time and turned his 50' trailer around in an area tighter than a gnat's ass, and Scott saved us a bunch of money on the rental with the discount. We couldn't be happier with our Tyler Rentals experience at the Chehalis yard. Top guns in our book! We'll be baahhk!
