I visit this smoothie king several times a week. The staff goes above and beyond to be courteous and friendly! My smoothies are always made correctly. I love using the phone app and having my smoothies ready when I arrive if I am in a hurry! Keep up the great work!!! -laura wilson

The ladies was very fast and professional.
This is my least favorite location in Tyler. I only stop there when I miss the other 2 locations or I really have to. Today was no different. The smoothie they made was so watery and had no flavor. Don’t come to this location, i love love love smoothie kings but his location always messed up the smoothies. Yes I’ve been here multiple time and it’s ways something. Clean restaurant good service, needs work on making good smoothies
Very clean place, friendly workers . My favorite is the vegan - mango shake . Yummy!!

Always get good service here. Today, they messed up my order though. Despite that, the girl realized it was messed up and fixed it before it even got to me. And let me tell you, she fixed it QUICK. I figured I'd have to wait all over again, but just as soon as she walked away with my receipt, bam she was back with the right drink. Love this location.
I went to the Troup Hwy location this morning and never have any problems. However, this morning, I ordered what I usually do -Peanut Power Plus w/Chocolate- and when it was handed to me I noticed there were a lot of brown clumps that aren't normally there. When I started sipping it I got to a point where nothing would come through the straw. I took the lid off and pull the straw out and there is a HUGE clump of dates. It had not been properly mixed and made it very hard to drink.
always love it. Employees are always nice and speak to customers. Have never had a wrong order. Several times I been to one in flint area they were great. Fast service
