Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have had an outage for a week, and as I understand the weather situation, the customer service has been horrendous. For the first few days, they said there was no outage, but everyone was down after speaking with neighbors. Once Suddenlink said we had an outage, it felt they were trying to get me off the phone. I would leave Suddenlink, but unfortunately, they are the only provider in my area. I wish they would have done a better job communicating with their customers.

It is not this location, it is the service of this whole company. They are overcharging me, but there is no way on the automated system from hell to get to speak with anyone live. So I will be taking time I don't have out of my very busy and stressful life to pay a visit in person in hopes of getting my issue resolved. You're the communication experts; fix your communications systems!!!!
I can't ever seem to get anyone to help me. I just want to pay them to give me internet! They say I am outside of the coverage area but my immediate neighbor has them. We are willing to pay whatever it takes but noone will help us.
If I could give them less than one star, or better yet negative stars, I would. They have the worst service for internet on the planet. They are unwilling to help or let you speak with a supervisor or manager. Their customer service is horrendous. Their techs call and cancel appointments when apparently they are not supposed to. I pay for 1 gig download. I have never seen 1 gig download speed or anything close to it, even with a ethernet cord. How anyone could give them 5 stars is beyond me. If I could go with a different provider, believe me I would. No one else offers 1 gig download speed in my area. WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER!!!
