Y’all I can not express how grateful me and my husband are for The wonderful team they have put together at Sunset oaks! They know exactly what to do and when to do it with no hesitation! My wedding happened the week of the winter blizzard in Tyler, TX... just think about all the stuff that could go wrong and it did. Sunset oaks was so amazing and flexible any issue that came up they fixed it without any hesitation. They stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was up to my standards! Y’all I tell you me and my husband didn’t have to worry about anything! This venue has a huge inventory room with all the decorations you could need! We saved so much money because we didn’t have to worry about buying decorations because of how generous they were to let us borrow so we could use our money of other things! They say the venue sells it self with its amazing sunset view and they would be right but with the view comes and amazing team! You can get married in any build but it takes a special team to make a venue! Sunset oaks is definitely a venue and not just a building! Special thank you to sunset oaks for making February 20,2021 the best day of my life! All me and and my husband can say is we are glad we chose Sunset oaks and y’all should choose it too!

I appreciate their organization when scheduling various sessions, and the immaculate care they take of the venue itself. Their recent renovations have made the bridal suite one of my favorites ever - it's full of natural light and very photography friendly! Plus, Amber and her husband have a heart to truly serve their couples on their special day. I can't wait to be back again soon!

I was a coordinator at Sunset Oaks Venue during the February 2021 snow storm and I was so incredibly grateful for the team at this venue. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and did everything they could to help pull off the perfect day for my bride and groom. Not only did they help with each obstacle that was presented throughout the planning process, they have an incredible inventory of decor. My bride did not have to buy a single piece of decor. We pulled off the day she wanted with just the decor they had in stock that they allow brides to use for free. If you are still venue searching, make sure you go check this one out! It is an incredible value for all of the amazing things you get and the awesome team that comes along with it.

I can not put into words how amazing Sunset Oaks is! From the time I booked with them, Amber and Debbie were there to answer any and all questions and concerns that I had! From having to change our wedding date once to then having my groom deployed to DC just 3 weeks before our wedding, they were there through it all and were so accommodating! The day of our wedding Sunset Oaks staff made the process so easy! We were able to decorate our entire wedding with the something borrowed room which saved us a ton on our wedding budget! Their venue is so beautiful on its own that it truly doesn’t take much decorating at all! I also highly recommend using Debbie as your DJ! And on top of that Sunset Oaks staff was there for my entire wedding day to help wherever I needed which made everything flow so perfectly! These sweet ladies made our wedding a dream come true and I can not thank them enough!
