Everytime I'm in this store, I'm meet with expectation-exceeding service. Brittney's team is great and they have answers to everything I have to ask. Best T-Mobile in town. Great service by great people. Never have a problem with any of them and if they cant help me(which is very rare) they point me in the direction I need to go to find the answers. Better than customer care.

Review of the store: Very clean and nice, Brittney was genuinely very nice and patient when answering my questions. Was very happy to have brought my business to this store. Review of T-Mobile the carrier service: In Tyler is great 5G is wonderful. Rural Palestine is pretty bad. Inner Palestine is good, It is a little spotty sometimes. The OnePlus 8T is fantastic as well as the N10.

We recently lost a credit card and have a new number coming. In the meantime we needed to pay our bill to T Mobile. I call 611 Christmas Day and you were so nice and told me it will be okay. I went to our local t mobile store and the employee here was soooooo helpful and nice. He let us pay by cash and set up our auto pay on our bank account. All should be well now and I wanted to let you know what terrific service we have had. That is what we heard about your company and why we recently changed from nightmare service with ATT. We will sing your praises in the future. Have a wonderful new year.

I was there to buy iPhone 12 Pro Max and 12 pro the manager there he name is Britney help out but the shop doesn’t have 12pro so she order for us and end up put in just iphone12 light when we came back after the phone arrived is not what we wanted and ask for if she can help make exchange and all she reply is not her fault that order is wrong and she said that is my fault that I should check order...I wasn’t even blame her for fault ordering we just want what I wanted and what I paid for that all...that not how a manager should be doing ..if anyone happen go to the T-Mobile store on south Broadway Tyler be aware of Britney the manager there she will lead u around and around make confuse then lead lead u to something that u don’t want I would recommend anyone to this shop..if I could I would give zero star
