We have had nothing but exceptional care from Dr Ritchie’s office. My boys love going to the dentist due to how friendly the staff is, and how Dr Ritchie is so gentle and thorough with his exams. I would highly recommend Tyler Pediatric Dentistry!

Dr. Ritchie and his entire staff are the best! Always make us feel welcome. Very informative and knowledgeable when explaining our children's dental hygiene, etc. So glad we found Dr. Ritchie and his staff. Can't imagine taking our kids anywhere else. He is worth the 80 mile drive for us.

I've been taking my children to Dr. Ritchie since we moved to Tyler almost 6 years ago. Someone referred us to him and raved about how great he was. Guess what, they were not lying. Dr. Ritchie and his staff are amazing. They are very professional, calm and k knowledgeable. I ask them a lot of questions and they always answer them am without getting frustrated. My kids are hyper and run around but they are great at redirecting them. Dr. Ritchie is amazing. He is very polite and soft spoken and most of all they are all AMAZING with the kids. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We went to this dentist for 10 years. Both of my Son's have seen him. My oldest is Autistic and I asked for a orthodontist referral for 3 years. The last visit I asked again. He said no, that my Son doesn't keep his teeth clean enough, although he has NO cavities. This Dr has discriminated against my child and I am filing formal complaints against him. If I have to I will contact an attorney. We got into a new dentist and within 30min we had an ortho referral. Do not use this dentist, he is a terrible person.
