I am very impressed with the service and attention to detail Tyler Tents and Events provides. Their showroom is always decorated beautifully and their linen selection is AMAZING. I have worked with them many times over the years and will always recommend them to anyone needing rental items for their event or special day.

Their customer service is terrible. I went to the store at least two separate times and spoke on the phone with them multiple times. At each interaction I had to tell them my wedding date again. A piece of information they shouldn’t have to ask me for over and over again. I came in the second time to see a sample table setting, which was not set up. Instead, we talked about all the same things we had discussed at the first meeting. A pointless meeting (I live 45 minutes away from their office). To this day, I do not have the promised quote. It’s been over a month since our last pointless meeting. Not that I even need it, because I’ll never do business with them after my terrible experience. I shouldn’t have to remind a company that I’d like to do business with them. Would NOT recommend.
