Good luck ever getting ahold of them! They’ll transfer you to a million different numbers and none of them will be who you need to speak to. I’ve been waiting 5 days for my Covid results and can’t get ahold of ANYONE to tell me results.

My wife was transferred here from UT Health Northeast where the doctors determined she had appendicitis. When we arrived at this location the ER doctor here immediately didn’t believe the previous doctor and ended up letting us sit there in a room for nearly 6 hours until finally calling in another doc to confirm the very first doctors diagnosis. The ER nurses we had weren’t entirely friendly. Once we were moved to an actual room upstairs and she was prepped for surgery the entire environment changed. She got two absolutely amazing nurses Kevin and Eryn. Both were unbelievably friendly and took care of us all night. Couldn’t have asked for better nurses after a surgery. The surgeon was also absolutely phenomenal (Dr. McGovern). Very friendly guy and a true pleasure to chat with. The surgery nurse (Jesus) called at the started of the op and once it was finished and was very friendly and kept me well in the know. That’s all for the good. Back to the bad. We were given a new nurse and doctor for the morning shift and it’s almost like all of that friendliness and attentiveness disappeared with the new nurse (Remona)and doc. Not impressed by Remona’s way of nursing and general lack of care and attention to the patients in her rooms. Almost seems like she’s been hardened to others suffering having seen so much of it. Not a good outlook for a nurse. Would recommend this hospital for the sole reason that the surgery staff and night nurses were amazing.

I had a nurse named Lasca go out of her way to help me with an appointment issue. She was very kind and caring. I feel very comfortable trusting this place now.
