Very Professional and know their stuff. I enjoyed the experience and was very happy with the outcome. That being said this is not the place to buy cheap glasses. the brands they carry are not Walmart types of glasses but there are certain things you need to take better care of like feet and eyes you don't want to skimp on these. may cost a bit more than what I'm used to but the end result was 100% worth every penny.

Very friendly staff, but be forewarned: NO ONE IS MASKING. Not staff, not the doctors. I asked why they were not following CDC guidelines, and simply was told they were not. I politely reminded them that they were putting their patients at risk, and left. Consider your own risk factors before making an appointment here.

Let me start by saying I have a lot of options for optometrists. I spent 20 years as a rep in eye care and have covered all of Texas. I have hundreds of relationships with eye doctors across TX as well as LA, AR & OK. I currently live in McKinney, TX, but I make the 2 hour drive to Tyler to see Dr. West and his staff. Of all the exams I've had over the years, his is the most comprehensive and my visual acuity has never been better. He's one of the best in the business and worth the drive.

The staff is very nice and professional. Dr. West is great. He carefully listened to me while I described my concerns about my vision to him. He understood exactly what was happening and corrected my contact lens strength and shape. I definitely recommend West Vision.
