Great drivers!!! Whenever I’m traveling international I enjoy using Boston Express. Their timing is on point and the drivers are highly professionals and have great sense of humor. They handle your bags professionally and advices. The bus is constantly clean and peaceful during rides. You can count on the WiFi for Internet access to reach your loved ones or complete that office task online while on the go. The bus stations have plenty of parking space and cars are safe while parked on their grounds. Most often I see police vehicle either on ground or circumventing the ground. It’s a safe, reliable, cost effective way to journey. I would recommend.

Cons: - Many times the bus shows up late. - Sometimes the bus has not enough or none spots for all the people in line and won't pick you up. - WiFi never works. *Other things in consideration: - Someone tried to steal my car tires from the parking lot, all the studs from the front wheels were totally loosing but they didn't take it maybe cause they use a special key. - The most of the time, there is no available parking at mornings, so you should be prepare to park in a non regular spot with the rest of the people and be the lucky one (as me) which could be towed and pay an extra 206USD, even when you are not blocking to anyone. You can see how we have to park (and be towed) at mornings in the pic attached. Pros: - The drivers are very nice.
Great bus service! Not too expensive, always on time and very clean. The rides are nice and the bus really to get around any areas between Nashua and Boston. The stations itself has a huge parking lot, a waiting area and complimentary coffee to offer.
The Tyngsboro lot has ample parking, but like anywhere can fill up during peak hours. The reviewers who parked illegally then blamed Boston Express for the tow need a reality check. Buses are clean for the most part (although not new). Drivers are courteous and most importantly safe. I've shown up at the final departure from South Station having lost my printed pass and the driver had me show the confirmation number and filled out a form without any hassle or attitude. 24 round trip from Tyngsboro to Boston simply can't be beat, especially considering the quality and safety of their service.
Word of caution using the Boston Express Bus in Tyngsborough, Mass.: Make sure you are directly in front of the bus, otherwise you will be blatantly left behind. A friend of mine was left behind recently, even though this rider and the driver made eye contact while this rider was walking, with the luggage in hand, toward the bus. The General Manager only provided excuses for the mess-up. I strongly recommend that you utilize alternative transportation , if at all possible.
