Inexperience and zero knowledge staff. One of the mechanic damaged two of my car wheel stud and lugnutts.and then after tell me that it was already damaged. It will cost me around 500 to fix it. So pls think twice before going there.

I had a disappointing experience with this business. They charged me approximately 150 labour to fit 2 tires(not including tires or alignment). They failed to advise me that the tires were not the same tires( I then ended up using My Car Tyre Repair Centre for tyre repair at Victoria gardens who did such a better job for less than half the price). Therefore my experience with this business was a total waste of money. I will never use this service again .

Stopped in after the local petrol station tyre pump made my tyre completly flat. The staff were extremely helpful and fixed the valve that was loose. They pumped my tyres up and I was on my way. Great customer service, highly recommended and I will be getting my new set of tyres from them when I need to. Just shows that a little bit of good will and sense of community goes a long way, well done guys and thank you once again!

Took 2 days to get tyres in only to arrive and they had ordered the incorrect size. Despite knowing I need the car for long weekend and not safe to drive, all the man upfront could offer was a shrug of the shoulders and whine about being understaffed. Clearly not his own business, feel sorry for whoever owns it.

Poor service and communication. Online booking system did not work. Had to physically call up and reconfirm booking. Poor service and communciation. Time wasters.
