Well...what an exceptional customer service!!! I had never visited Tyres Northampton, so this was a first. I actually feel like I have had a lovely morning out. I was greeted by the lovely Jodie, such a lovely girl with a sunny, chatty enthusiastic personality, she couldn’t be more helpful. She seemed to have a lovely relationship with the mechanics and was brilliant at multi tasking!! I was offered a choice of hot drinks immediately and whilst I sipped my cappuccino a very polite mechanic came to go over the tyres I needed and prices, he spoke to my husband and told him exactly how much the bill would be Communication was second to none!! I had a really nice chat with Jodie who did the same with all her customers making us feel very welcome! I have to say too that the reception area and little cafe was a delight, it was also very child friendly with a little area for them to play. The paperwork was very professional looking, the whole experience was amazing! Thank you Tyres Northampton ltd, I hope to see you again soon.

I recently visited Tyres Northampton for an MOT. It failed the first time and some bits had to be fixed. Throughout the whole process, communication was fantastic and everyone there was extremely helpful. The man I picked up my car from today was particularly great and very friendly - I just feel bad that I forgot to ask for names! A great experience. Will definitely be back in the future!

Great place, better reception then some hotels I've been to, free can of cold drink or cup of coffee, comfortable leathers sofas and quick tyre change. Recommended!
