Purchased a new Polaris Ranger xp1000 from Unlimited on December 31st. They gave me a price much lower than their local competitor and could not have asked for a better salesman. The service and parts department were also courteous and helpful with the accessories I purchased for my new Side by Side. If you are looking I suggest you stop by and see them as I’m glad I did!

Very happy with the service I received. I bought a 2007 Polaris outlaw from them. I called them paid a few hundred for it to be reserved until I could get there two days later. I drove almost four hours to pick it up and it looked exactly like it did on the online ad. They had it sitting out front warming up for me when I pulled up. Gave me a free t-shirt and helped me load the bike up. Highly recommend them. I would purchase another bike from them.

Had a great experience with Ethan from this dealership. I bought a used Harley street glide from them at a great price, all their units are priced to sell by the way. I had a minor ABS issue with the bike when I got it home. Took a little bit to get a hold of Ethan because this place is extremely busy during the pandemic with sales. When I was there it was literally people lined up that were purchasing some type of vehicle. Once Ethan saw my email he called me right away and just told me to take it to my local Harley dealer to have it fixed since I was 3.5 hours away and they would reimburse me for the repairs which they did. I had an extremely pleasant experience over all dealing with them. They are tough to get on the phone right now because they are constantly busy with sales. I couldn’t believe the amount of buyers that were their when I was. I see a few recent negative comments on here about them not answering their phones being an issue which it is but if you go there you’ll understand why. I searched for months to find the right mileage and price on a street glide and they hands down were cheaper for what I wanted. The place was packed with buyers at the counter and all 3 sales reps were doing as much as they could as fast as they could while 2 other people were handling other paperwork for registrations, tags, trade in values, and other things like that. If you are seriously interested in something they have just go there and check it out, all their units a priced great. Plan to spend some extra time there since they are so busy though.
Miserable experience, miserable employees! Drove 2.5 hrs to purchase my son his first motorcycle. walked in the door past 3 employees, they never even acknowledged us. We were the only customers in the store. Waited 20 min before having to chase someone down to help us . Offered to pay (cash) asking price on an over priced used bike if they would throw in a 100.00 helmet. I was denied. They offered to give me 10% off the helmet....whoo hooo. Personally if it was me I would have walked away. Unfortunately I allowed my son to buy your over priced bike. Reason being it was the only one we could find at this time. Your employees could care less about selling a bike or making a customer feel like they were treated good or got a good deal. Before you respond with and say the bike wasn't overpriced. Your salesmen told me that you sell the new ones for 5995. We paid 5400 for a 2016. This was probably the worst decision I ever made, but I guess when its for your kid you do these things. I wish you would consider your customers a little more. We won't be back nor do recommend anyone going to your place and dealing with your non caring non personable employees.
