Installed new IVT Vent 302 in July 2019. Right now it is around 3C outside and inside the house it is between 15 and 17 C. Called SENS Energi Komfort and they promised to send a technician. The technician came and quickly looked at the pipes under the system and said everything was ok - will probably take couple of days for the system to catch up. One month later it is even colder and very humid inside the house. Emailed SENS Energi Komfort 2 days ago and asked to fix the problem. Still got no response from them. That’s not a good service in my books. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

Frågade per telefon vad kostnaden skulle bli, fick svar att det får du reda på sen. Servicekillen kom och gjorde ett 15 min jobb och rengjorde ett filter. Inte heller han kunde svara på kostnaden för jobbet. Dimper ner faktura på 1800:- moms. Får ingen feedback på telefon eller mail hur detta gick till. Vägrar dessutom göra ROT-avdrag, nu ska de skicka mig till inkasso. Värdelöst. Anlita någon annan.
