Very disappointed from a big name like MIO. I ordered an bed just at the end of the year 2020 and was supposed to be delivered on the 6th week i double checked with them if they we're sure to deliver on time since my wife was pregnant and we needed a comfortable bed and they approved. On the day it was supposed to be delivered i called them and they said they will deliver it 3-4 weeks later, when i went to the shop and tried to get a solution they didn't have one, they just asked me to cancel if i didn't want to wait, or presented me with some other option which we're double the price of the bed i ordered still with a delivery time of 1-2 weeks, while we sold our old bed and we were sleeping in the sofa. They had only 2 options which they could deliver within the week so at the end i ended up buying a bed for almost double the price i originally planned, and different sizes and i didn't even get a discount in the delivery from \MIO\ P.s i requested to get a phone call from a higher manager, and I'm still waiting for it and even in the shop they didn't present me with him with the excuse he was on vacation.
