The best taxi service in the Matterhorn Ski Resort
If I could choose no stars, I would. Taxi Fredy charged me 60 CHF to park my car and take me about five kilometers to Zermatt. Unfortunately I did not realize how close Zermatt was and I should've taken the train. Fredy staff assured me that the train would cost more and I'd have to wait. Staff speaks very little English and they use it to their advantage in misleading their customers. At the end of a long day of skiing, Fredy staff asked me to wait for the next shuttle, even though he had two free seats in his unmarked van. The next van asked me to pay 20 CHF for an immediate departure or 7 CHF if I waited a half hour. At this point I said as calmly as I could that I had already paid and he took me back... Needless to say, park in Randa or Täsch and take the train; Taxi Fredy is just a greedy service trying to rip off foreigners!!!

Super Service, nette Kommunikation und schnelle Antworten. Parken, umsteigen und Organisation der Weiterfahrt mit dem E-Taxi verlief reibungslos. Auch der Rückweg von Zermatt war kurzfristig top organisiert. Unser Auto stand freigekratzt und warm zur Abfahrt bereit. Absolut empfehlenswert !
Je passe souvent chez la fleuriste dénicher des rares nouveautés
Wir waren mit Auto und 2 E-Bikes unterwegs. Alles bestens, Fahrer sehr zuvorkommend. Sogar gewartet bis Fahrer vom Hotel da war. Pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Parkplatz war günstig und gut. Können wir zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
Der Croatische Taxi Fahrer ist immer super nett und hilfsbereit, aber der Fahrer Philippe mega arrogant und unhöflich. Schade :((
