Andrew and his team at Eau Claire U-Haul are fantastic to work with. I had installed a \plug and play\ wire harness that turned out to be defective from the factory, and Andrew was able to diagnose it, replace it with a fully functioning set up, and get me on the road within an hour or so of work. Huge help, great service, couldn't recommend them more.

I have used this location several times and I've always been happy with the outcome, and my experience yesterday was better than ever. The wait time was completely reasonable even though they were very busy, the trailer I rented was absolutely solid (I was only hauling a giant sectional couch but still), and the employees were great. I was particularly happy by the service I received from Faith. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment, she had advised me on the phone the day before as to the hitch size I would need and then when I went there she ran through everything like a pro. Go see Faith if you need anything! Made my experience top notch, thank you! :)
