The staff was very nice to start. When i initially rented the truck the staff never told me about the email that you are supposed to receive that you have to confirms the gas and the mileage. The staff person was apparently new and just told me that the truck should be full. I took a picture of the actual mileage and position of the gas meter before i pulled off, it was at a little more than three quarters tank. When i return the vehicle the store was still open and they told me to drop the key in the box and i would receive an email with my receipt. I received the email 2 days later and i had been charge for gas at 3.00 a gallon , when i return the vehicle it had more gas than when i originally took it out. I called the store and a new staff person LESLIE, was less than helpful and said that there was nothing she can do and I should have check the email and confirmed it with them before I left. I explain i never received the email to which she said, I may have but the staff person was new and probably did not tell me to check it, either way there was nothing she can do. I will NEVER rent from them again. I would rather pay more money to rent from somewhere else. She was horrible and less than helpful, she had no empathy she did not care AT ALL, Did not matter that they made a mistake NOTHING. I will tell everyone i know do not rent from this place. I wish i could have giving them a ZERO.

The staff is amazing and the general manager was very nice and helpful, got my hitch installed the next daytime! The gentleman who installed my trailer hitch was very professional and helpful, some of the holes were a little bit stripped and rusted and showed me then he fixed the problem for me and install it. I am very greatfull he put the extra effort to make this work because I really needed this hitch installed.

Service here was beyond excellent the gentleman behind the counter were very helpful and did everything they could to help the customers. While we were there a lowlife degenerate came in and started using profanity and even called the people behind the counter the n word oh, it was awful but they remained professional even when the police were called. Some people are just garbage, so sorry those working here had to deal with them. There were young kids in the store too, crazy times.

Hardworking, friendly staff. I’ve had to use uhaul three times so far in 2020 and I’ve been nothing but satisfied and impressed. This uhaul location does a great job at picking and training employees. All employees here have been respectable, flexible, and understanding. If you’re trying to get work done, go here, these guys will not waste your time.

I had a hitch receiver installed. I was warned that it would take a while and that there wasn't a waiting room, which prepared me for the wait. The hitch was installed perfectly and they made sure to use plastic in my car to protect the seats and steering wheel. The Manager explained how he installed and why the time was needed. I was charged the exact amount that I was given prior to the reservation. I appreciated the service, as he did not have staff to help out. I would recommend this U-Haul location.
