Locked the storage for forgetting to pay 1. Woman made us wait an extra 10-15mins and drove around WITH the phone in the car and refused to answer the phone. Please work on your customer service.

Good location for me, reasonable cost, clean, no gate codes or automatic gates to deal with. Real person always available, sign in and out in office. Rest room and dumpster on site, free bottled water upon request in office.
