You know how you see maintenance guys driving all over the place in golf carts at most apartment complexes? You don’t ever see that here. My best guess is that they only have one or two guys in their maintenance crew. This would also explain the shocking length of time that it takes to get an answer to any maintenance request. This place is very cheap. My rent is 450/month for a 10 month lease with 2 months free. That means I’m paying 8x450 3,600 for 10 months of rent. Utilities are usually less than 50/month. Very cheap. For the price, I’ll admit that it’s tough to beat. Comes fully furnished, but as you can see from other reviews, many of these furnishings are not always fully functional. The verdict? I’m a male college student with very low standards, so I don’t have too many complaints. If maintenance would come and fix the sink, I’d be downright pleased.

TERRIBLE PLACE!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is the absolute worst. There are better places for less. The rent is way too much for how awful my experience has been. My unit has flooded 4 times and destroyed my stuff. They offered my roommates and me a medium cheese pizza to say sorry. Repeatedly our a/c is broken and they never have successfully fixed it. The place is gross and filled with mold. I cant scrub away any of it. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is not worth the price at all.

Stayed in apartments for a year and a half. Maintenance crew is fantastic, location is close to UNT campus, and prices are reasonable. That being said I was treated terribly upon leaving, receiving several fees for \damages\ and other things that were not in my apartment. I was also towed in my last two weeks of staying there even after paying the car registration fee. The front office workers are kind, but the overall policies made by the company that own the apartment complex are strict and unwavering, essentially looking to get everything out of their residents and give the bare minimum in return
